Audax Private Credit Fund
Audax Private Credit Fund, LLC is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company that has elected to be treated as a business development company under the Investment Company Act of 1940.
Audax Private Credit Fund, LLC ("APCF") also intends to elect to be treated, and intends to qualify annually, as a regulated investment company under Subchapter M of the Internal Revenue Code.
APCF's investment objective is to generate current income and, to a lesser extent, long-term capital appreciation, by primarily investing in senior secured debt of privately owned U.S. middle market companies.
